Meet the Team

Tyler is a registered nurse with over 12 years of nursing experience serving patients and families in a wide variety of settings. His clinical background includes Trauma ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, and Neurotrauma ICU care, where he has supported patients and families during some of the most complex and vulnerable moments of their lives. More recently, Tyler has been involved in improving quality patient outcomes for a large academic hospital system.

Through that experience, Tyler has seen how confusing and overwhelming healthcare can feel for patients and families. Advocacy Angels was created to bring clarity, compassion, and confidence to that process. Tyler’s goal is to help clients better understand their care, communicate their concerns, prepare for appointments, and feel supported when decisions matter most.

With a critical care background and a heart for patient advocacy, Tyler helps bridge the gap between medical complexity and human understanding.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, flying airplanes, and walking the Swamp Rabbit Trail with his wife, Michelle, and two daughters.
